Hey! My friends and I just recently went to Disney and we loved the Beef Noodle entreè from the Lotus Blossom Cafe. We really want to know the recipe so we can make it at home. Thank you!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Danielle! Eating new foods (and old favorites) at Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite things to do. I’ve already chosen the Taco Truck at Disney Springs as my next Target!

While the Disney Parks Blog and other fan sites like The Disney Chef had released or duplicated many official Parks recipes, I’m sorry to tell you that the Beef Noodle Bowl (or soup) from China’s Lotus Blossom Cafe was not one I could find for you. There are various traditional recipes floating on the web or specialty cookbooks, so I urge you to try one of those until you can make your way back to Epcot’s World Showcase to get your fill. I’ve always wanted to know what goes into the Butternut Squash Ravioli at 1900 Park Fare. I can just smell the amazing scents of fall from the food line.

If I can help you find more foods around the Parks and Resorts, please let me know. Like Pooh Bear, I’m led by my stomach. TTFN, Ta Ta For Now! ~ Lindsey P.
