Hey, this will be our first trip flying to Disney, is there a Disney bus that picks up at the airport for their guests that stay at the resort? If so is there a specific time that they stop picking up or taking to. Thanks Mandy

Hey Mitch and welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on your first Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I know all too well how it feels knowing that you will be experiencing the “magic” for the very first time. It is a memory that sticks with you for sure.

Sadly, Disney’s Magical Express service is no longer available. However, there is good news! Mears Connect (Mearsconnect dot com) has taken over these services, so you do have options when it comes to getting to and from Orlando International Airport from your Disney Resort Hotel. When you arrive at the airport, you will grab your luggage and head to the Mears Connect reception area located at terminal B level 1.

When the time comes for you to return to the airport, the standard service will schedule your return a minimum of 3 hours in advance of your flight departure. If you utilize the Express service, your return time will be scheduled about 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight departure. Your boarding pass / QR code will be provided up to 23 hours in advance of your departure via email with an additional text message 15 minutes before your departure.

When you get picked up or dropped off will depend on the arrival and departure information you provide when you make your reservations. Please note that this service does involve a fee.

Please let us know if you have additional questions; we are here to help.

    Have a magical FIRST trip!
