Hey there! In a few years me and my fiancé intend to takehis little sister to WDW - she'll be 13 then. She's super radical and doesn't care much for princesses. How can we plan the best vacation of her life?

Hi, Jade!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question!

I am so excited to hEAR that you're planning to visit Walt Disney World Resort with your fiance's little sister!  My own children are very close in age to your future sister-in-law, so I have lots of personal experience visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth with teens and tweens.  My kids have been vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort since they were little Mouseketeers.  Although their interests have changed over the yEARs, their love of Disney magic has remained constant.  It would be my pleasure to help you plan an incredible vacation adventure for the special kiddo in your life!

As my kids have gotten older, I have found that thrill rides have become the major focus of our theme park visits.  Before your visit, be sure to have your fiance's sister check out the list of attractions to see which ones she is most interested in experiencing.  Space Mountain, Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, and Avatar Flight of Passage are just a few of my kids' must-do attractions.

My son and daughter love to help plan our vacations, and one thing they definitely like to have a say in is where we eat.  Perhaps your fiance's sister could also explore the vast list of Walt Disney World Resort restaurants with you to select a few places that sound delicious to her.  My kids love the fun theming at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant and the mouth-watering pizza at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria.  Also, no matter how old they get, they still love dining with their favorite Disney pals.

Since you're interested in making this trip extra special for your fiance's sister, I would recommend exploring the Enchanting Extras Collection which consists of over 100 magical experiences throughout Walt Disney World Resort.  Between special events and tours, immersive opportunities like the NBA Experience at Disney Springs, and spectacularly sweet fireworks dessert parties, you're sure to find something to appeal to your future sister-in-law's own unique style.

Jade, I hope you find this information helpful.  If you have any additional questions, please visit us again.  Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
