Hi Marcus!

Unfortunately the only way to find available dining reservations is to keep checking the website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. I have been lucky snagging last minute reservations by being persistent. I have the online dining website bookmarked on my phone. I even got an 'Ohana dinner reservation the day of a few weeks ago. Score! My suggestion is to check every day and multiple times a day especially the week before your trip. Since the cancellation policy is one day, you'll find that reservations pop up last minute when guests are finalizing their plans.
