Hi Hunter,
Welcome to planDisney!
Let me first say that I understand how difficult it is to get an appointment at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Magic Kingdom Park. Cancellations do happen, so keep checking. The
other locations remain currently unavailable. Even if you cannot book an appointment, your princess will need royal attire! Although there are an array of dresses throughout the shops at Magic Kingdom, I suggest that you try
Sir Mickey's.
When our girls were younger, I actually purchased their princess outfits prior to arrival and we packed them up to take with us. As a mom of twins, it was more affordable. While I understand wanting a classic, signature dress, I also remember how happy our girls were with the dresses we purchased. They were adorable as were the photos taken of them in those dresses. I also remember them walking through the park and cast members greeting them with "Hello princess!"
As you continue to plan, think about princess shoes and accessories. Also, plan your royal visit - you could do breakfast at
Cinderella's Royal Table and then
Meet Cinderella and a Visiting Princess or
Tiana and a Visiting Princess in Princess Fairytale Hall. Be sure to purchase
Memory Maker so that you will have access to those gorgeous photos with your princess. As always, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for any additional updates prior to your trip.
Hunter, I have my wand out, ready to sprinkle the pixie dust. You need a combination of pixie dust and Jedi belief to call forth an appointment opening at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. I sense that the Force is strong with you!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
