As a fellow international traveller to Walt Disney World Resort, I can completely understand the frustration of not being able to have your
MagicBands shipped to your home. The good news is that you can absolutely still customize both the colour and name on the back of your MagicBands, just as you would if you were able to have them mailed to you prior to your arrival! The only difference is that they’ll be available for you to pick up when you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, rather than sent to you.
The “customize” link should be active in the “
My MagicBands and Cards” section of your
My Disney Experience account once your reservation is confirmed and linked to your account. If you don’t see it, please contact Walt Disney World Resort for further assistance.
