Hey. Can I use dining credits for character dining at breakfast? Also want to know the best way to use dining credits and tips for going with a 3 year old please? X

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Holly!

You're going to love how easy and convenient it will be for you and your family to use the Disney Dining Plan when you're on vacation this year, especially when you're traveling with your little one! With just a tap of your MagicBand, you can order and pay for meals for your entire family, and it's so nice knowing that it's all taken care of in advance.

I think that one of the most magical parts of any Walt Disney World Resort vacation is a fun Character Dining experience. I'm pleased to tell you that all of the Character Dining breakfasts inside of the theme parks, as well as the vast majority of them that take place at the Resort Hotels, participate in the Dining Plan. I recommend the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno if you have a little princess in your family, and also breakfast at The Crystal Palace with Pooh and his friends, especially if you want to get a head-start on your day at Magic Kingdom Park. When it comes to making the most out of your Dining Plan, I recommend taking a look at the restaurants you want to enjoy and doing a little advanced planning. Character Dining is very popular, so make sure you book your reservations as soon as you can, up to 180 days before your arrival.

My best advice for traveling with your three-year-old is to pace yourself and take breaks. Sometimes heading back to your Resort Hotel in the afternoon for a dip in the pool and a nap is the best way to keep everyone comfortable, rested, and happy while you're on vacation.

    See ya real soon, Holly!
