Hey! We are coming down for spring break. We want to stay 5 days and do the magic kingdom and blizzard beach. Can we buy the package with 2 days or do I need to buy the hotel and tickets separate since one is a water park? Thanks!

Hi there Robin, and welcome back to planDisney! It's great to see you here again with another great question. Now let's get you on your spring getaway!

My husband and I are teachers, and we love traveling to Florida for our spring break. While Elsa is still adding a touch of frost to the weather up north, temperatures in Walt Disney World are perfect for visiting the theme parks and making a splash in the pools. You've chosen a wonderful time of year to visit! Be sure to keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for information regarding special events (the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival should be in full bloom) and attraction openings (we are eagerly awaiting the debut of Remy's Ratatouille Adventure!)

You have a few options for theme park and water park admission when booking your vacation package. Keep in mind that while booking online is convenient, you can also call (407) 939-5277 and a friendly Cast Member will assist with making the reservation. Once you have selected your desired Resort Hotel and room type for your stay, you will see a screen that says "Add Theme Park Tickets." You can choose from two or more days of standard theme park tickets that you can upgrade with the "Water Park & Sports" option for entry into Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park each day of your ticket. A two-day theme park ticket with the water park and sports option gives you two days of theme park fun plus two days of water park visits. Hot tip: a two-day ticket expires four days after its selected start date, so you can spread out the excitement!

If you are only looking to enter the theme and water parks for a total of two days, you will want to book a "Room Only" resort hotel reservation and purchase a one-day Standard Theme Park Ticket with the Water Park & Sports upgrade. This will allow you to spend one day at the Magic Kingdom Park, one at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, and the rest enjoying the amenities of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

I hope this helps get a jump-start on the planning process for spring. Soon you'll be counting the days rather than weeks, and before you know it, your magical vacation will be here! If there is anything else we at planDisney can do to make your stay more memorable, please come back and see us again. We're all ears!

TTFN - ta ta for now!
