    Hey there, we are coming to Disney on 12.25.19 My son is 3 & disabled. We are staying at the Contemporary Resort Hotel. Is there anyway I can ship his special formula prior to our arrival ? Also is there anyway to request a Bouncer (toy) for the room

    Hi, there!

     Theresa, I'm so excited to hear you'll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season. It truly is the most magical time of the year!

     You're going to love staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The convenient access to Magic Kingdom Park (my favorite theme park for littles ones) just can't be beat! I hope you have a reservation at Chef Mickey's during your stay. This Character Dining Experience at Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of my family's favorites! I bet your little guy would love interacting with Mickey and his pals. 

     I'm pleased to tell you that you may absolutely ship your son's special formula to your Disney Resort hotel prior to your arrival. To send the formula ahead of time, just be sure the package includes the mailing address of Disney's Contemporary Resort and clearly features the word "Guest" on the front along with your arrival date. You may pick up your package at the Front Desk when you check-in! You may also have the Front Desk deliver the package directly to your room, but please note that you will be charged a delivery fee if you choose that option. 

     Do you need the mailing address for Disney's Contemporary Resort? I've got it right here! It's 4600 North World Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830. 

     While all Disney Resort hotels offer complimentary cribs and bed rails for Guests traveling with little ones, they do not have other baby gear available to use. My best advice is to rent a bouncer from an Orlando-based rental company like A Baby's Best Friend. They'll deliver a bouncer right to Disney's Contemporary Resort - you'll just need to coordinate pick up and drop off times with them!
