Hey! If I have will call tickets for pickup, where can I pick up from & can I pick up the day before I actually use them? Also, could I buy a magic band online and use that to link and not have to pick up? Thanks!

    Hi Lisa!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your tickets can be picked up at any ticket booth or Guest Relations on Walt Disney World Resort property.
    Locations & Operating Hours
Guest Relations is available at all 4 Walt Disney World theme parks, both water parks, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Hours of operation vary based on location. Each Guest Relations location is open during the normal operating hours for its park or complex.
There are also some automated ticket machines outside some parks where you can pick up these tickets.

You are correct that purchasing and linking a MagicBand will also work for you to enter the parks. Here is a link to instructions for linking your MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account. Be sure to have a copy of your ticket purchase with you just in case your band doesn't work. That way a Cast Member can look it up by the confirmation number. You can print it out or have it on your mobile device.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
