Hello Diana, welcome to planDisney!Florida residents who verify their residency online should be able to enter the theme parks without stopping at Guest Relations. If you purchase your theme park tickets through the Walt Disney World Resort website, you can fill out the "Your Florida Resident Information” form at check-out to verify your residency online. If you are purchasing through the My Disney Experience mobile app, the “Customize Your Tickets” step will verify your Florida residency. To verify your Florida residency online, you must have a valid Florida driver’s license, a valid Florida state-issued ID card, or a valid Florida-based military ID. Since these are ID cards you can easily carry in your wallet, I recommend bringing them to the theme parks with you, even if you verify your Florida residency in advance. If you do not have one of the ID cards listed above, you will not be able to verify your residency online and you must visit Guest Relations with another form of proof. To verify your Florida residency without a valid Florida ID, you must provide a picture ID along with one of the following:
You can even show electronic bills on your smartphone or tablet, which is helpful if you don’t want to carry extra papers with you on your visit. As a Florida Resident, you can currently purchase the 4-Day Disney Summer Magic Ticket. This ticket allows you to visit one theme park per day, but you could also add on the Park Hopper Option to visit more than one theme park per day. I hope this helps you visit Walt Disney World Resort soon, Diana. If you have any future questions, you can visit me again at planDisney!Kaitlin
