Hey all... we booked our trip and we are on the dining plan so have a number of table service restaurants we want to book but my mom is using an ecv. Can we request a table and have her just pull up or will she need to get out of the ecv and into a chair?

    Hi there Melissa,

Most if not all restaurants at Walt Disney World are very accessible and you should not have a problem having her use her ECV. What I would mostly be concerned with, would be table height. Usually, tables are coordinated with chairs to provide the right height to enjoy your food. If the ECV is a little low or high she may have to adjust herself a bit to be able to eat. If she is comfortable moving into a chair, then I would say that would be the easiest way to eat at the restaurants. Before you arrive, make sure to place a note on your reservation to let them know that you are traveling with a guest who is going to be using an ECV. They will read your request and give you the best option possible.

Thank you so much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have additional questions, we are always here to help!
