Hey there we are booked to set sail on the Disney wish on 4/28 to the Bahamas. I heard there are some themed nights for us to dress up for. My boys love marvel and wanted to pack marvel attire for them. Thanks! How to we get a spot in the marvel dining rm?

    Ahoy Andrew,

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your Disney Cruise Line planning question! I recently sailed on the Disney Wish. What a wonderful and beautiful ship! I am happy to help you think about attire to bring for themed nights and dining on your cruise.

I have great news for you, Andrew. Due to Disney Cruise Line's rotational dining, you will rotate through the three themed dining locations for dinner. You will already have a night at Worlds of Marvel planned for you! Once you are onboard, check your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. It will include information about which dining location you should head to on each night of your sailing.

I also love Marvel! When I sailed on the Disney Wish, I packed light, so I wore a Marvel t-shirt to Worlds of Disney. But I am already planning that for my next sailing on the Disney Wish, I am going to bring my Ms. Marvel-inspired dress from Her Universe to wear to this dining location!

Another night that you might want to consider dressing up for is Pirate Night. There are so many fun activities onboard for Pirate Night. On the Disney Wish, this includes the high-energy Pirate's Rockin' Parlay Party. This amazing show on the upper decks is not to be missed! Many guests dress up for Pirate Night on the Disney ships. Again, this can be very simple - perhaps just a pirate t-shirt and eye patch. I do own a pirate skirt and like to wear a bandana on Pirate Night!

Be sure to check the costume guidelines for Disney Cruise Line to be sure that the outfits you are bringing abide by the policies for costumes on Disney ships.

I hope that this information is helpful for you Andrew, and that you have a wonderful time planning for these fun evenings with your boys. Please feel free to sail back to planDisney if you have any further questions!
