Hey Bernie, I need to plan future trips when grandkids are out of school. We'll be there for 7n/8d in Dec but want to do 10 or 14 day vacay 2014. Which is better for temp/humidity last May/1st week June or July? Crowds are probably bad in July too?

    Hi Kimberly!

Thank you for sending me this question directly!  I really appreciate it!

July is a very crowded month at Walt Disney World.  The July 4th holiday weekend is one of the busiest weekends of the year, but the whole month is very busy.  I personally think July is the busiest month at Walt Disney  World.

With regards to heat and humidity, July and August are typically very hot and humid.  However, there can be very hot and humid days in other months as well.  That said, I think May is significantly more enjoyable weather-wise. My recommendation is to visit in late May or as close to it as possible. The summer crowds really don't "kick off" until mid-June based on my experience.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
