Hey Andi!! So I have read about the CRT menu change so what is different? Do they still serve eggs and meats or is it omelets and other various options?

Hey, Crystal!  It's good to hear from you again, and I hope you're getting excited about your upcoming WDW vacation.  I'm living vicariously through you!  The last time we had a meal at CRT was before the menu change.  Our breakfast was served family style with all-you-care-to-eat platters brought to your table which included: scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes and some kind of breads and pastries.  (No grits or biscuits.) Although we absolutely love dining in Cinderella Castle for the experience, we don't go there for the food choices or quality.  In my opinion, the breakfast food choices at the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Akershus (Norway at Epcot) and 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian are better.  Of course, there's nothing like dining with Cindy at the Castle!  Plus, just getting an ADR there makes you feel like "Mother of the Year!"

As far as the menu change at CRT, I understand that they now serve a pre-plated (all-you-care-to-eat) breakfast with fruit, pastries and beverages at first.  Then, you'll have a choice of an omelet (cheese or vegetable) with meat and potatoes on the side, French toast with breakfast meat or yogurt with granola, berries and bananas. (From what I've heard, the French toast is the preferred choice!)  The kids' choices are scrambled eggs, breakfast meats and French toast sticks.  You can probably get your eggs the way you want them.  It never hurts to ask!

Now that my princess is almost a teenager, we probably will admire the Castle from the outside unless the food quality improves considerably or until a granddaughter comes along in the distant future...whichever comes first.  I'm definitely a proponent of making sure everyone visits CRT at least once.  There's nothing like it!  Have a beautiful Alabama day, a magical vacation and say hello to Cinderella for me!
