Hey Andi! I hope that you and your family had a wonderful time on the Mexican Riviera cruise. We will be taking our children at the end of January, and I would love to hear about any tips or recommendations you may have. Thanks!

    Thanks, Rebecca!

My family and I had a wonderful time on the Disney Wonder to the Mexican Riviera.  Very soon, Disney Cruise Line News' YouTube Channel will post some videos about the trip, and you'll be able to see all my best hints and tips there or on the Disney Cruise Line Facebook Page.

Here are some quick hints and suggestions:

    • The colorful ports of call are chocked full of adventure -- in the mountains, water, desert and beaches. Yet, you'll need to pack clothes that are lightweight and that can get dirty/dusty or wet.
    • Fully investigate the Port Adventures -- either before you leave home or at the Port Adventures desk once you're on board. This is absolutely the most convenient and worry-free way to see the ports.
    • For a 7-night Disney cruise, there will be a formal night, semi-formal night and Pirate night. Plan accordingly, and let formal and semi-formal clothes do "double duty" -- especially for the guys.
    • Plan on packing a day bag for days in port (like you would for a Disney park) complete with water bottles, hand sanitizer and sunscreen.

I hope this helps you plan. If other questions pop into your head before you sail, give me a shout out. I'd be happy to help! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
