Greetings Natalie!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with such a great question! I am looking forward to my first trip to
Disneyland Paris this summer! I am so pleased you are planning a visit to Walt’s original theme park.
The
Disneyland Resort is committed to ensuring accessibility for all visitors. It is important that every Guest has an opportunity to experience the magic of “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
One solution is
Disability Access Service (DAS). This service provides guests with a return time for attractions, so they don’t have to wait in the standard line. Eligible Guests can pre-register for DAS Advance virtually as soon as 30 days in advance of a park visit, but no less than 2 days before arrival. Alternatively, a Guest can register for DAS in person on the day of their visit.
After registering in person or prior to your arrival via video chat, you can request your first return time upon entering a park. Select a return time right from the
Disneyland Mobile App, or ask a Cast Member at any
Guest Relations location to select a return time for you.
I hope this information helps! Have a lovely visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
