Janette from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a 2025 Hero’s ticket and need to add it to my Disney app. Can you please help me?

Hi, Janette, and a very warm welcome to planDisney!

I'm so grateful you stopped by to ask this great question about your Heroes Ticket, Janette, and that I also have the opportunity to thank you for being on the frontlines of the recent fires in Los Angeles. A Heroes Ticket for a True Hero!

As you know, the Disneyland Resort Heroes Ticket offer includes two complimentary One Day Disneyland Park Hopper tickets, good Mondays through Thursdays, from the time of this writing through August 7, 2025 - subject to theme park reservation availability. I am grateful there's a magical place like Disneyland where troubles seem far way and you'll have the opportunity, Janette, to "Celebrate Happy."

Let's start with locating your ticket ID numbers or QR code, which you'll need to link park tickets in the Disneyland app. If you received an email confirmation, there should be a link to "Access Your eTickets" in the email. This link should allow you to view your theme park tickets, as well as your ticket ID numbers and/or QR code. If you have a physical ticket, you'll be able to locate the ticket ID number and/or QR code on the back.

Once you have your ticket ID number or QR code, Janette, you'll be able to link your theme park ticket to the Disneyland app by clicking on the "☰" at the bottom right of the screen and selecting "My Tickets & Passes." Then click on the (+) sign in the top right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes” to type in the theme park ticket number or use the QR code to scan. Your tickets should then be added to your Disneyland app!

If all else fails and you need further assistance, Janette, you can always reach out to Guest Services either by giving them a call or initiating a chat from the "Help" page on the Disneyland website. The help chat box hovers on the right-hand side of your screen and is a great resource to connect with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. I use it all the time!

I hope this has been helpful information for you, Janette, and that you have an incredible time immersed in the magic during Disneyland's 70th Celebration! Disney went all out on this party of the decade! The Muppets even have a nighttime show right before World of Color Happiness! and it's everything we hoped it would be.

Again, thank you for your acts of bravery, Janette, and I sincerely hope you and a loved one have the most magical visit at the Happiest Place on Earth.

    Warmest wishes,
    McCayla

But even when I'm not physically at the Happiest Place on Earth, I truly feel that same joy when I can help others (YOU!) experience the magic of Disneyland Resort too.
