Helping friends plan thier first trip. I told how sitdown meals expect an 18% tip. They don't plan on doing math on vacation(??) so will just leave $20 per table service each night, that it will all even out at the end. Trouble? How do I better explain?

    Hi Denise,

Tell your friends that they won't have to worry about doing any calculating while enjoying their dining experiences at WDW.  WDW has this covered (they think of everything!), when your friends receive their bill at the end of the meal, if they look at the bottom there will be a Suggested Tip amount and percentage. So, (for example) if their total is $34.06, then below that it will give a breakdown for an 18% tip ($5.76) or even a 20% tip ($6.40) if they receive outstanding service!  The bill will even reflect the new total amount for each suggested tip percentage added conveniently together for them so no math is required on their part at all.

Just tell them to go and have no worries, only lots of magical fun.  Hope this helps.

    Best wishes,
