Helping a friend plan april Disney trip. 6 adults 7 kids. Would like to all stay together. Can they reserve a 3 bedroom suite if the max occupancy is 13. Not sure if that’s possible since the youngest is only 2? Thanks!

Hey there, Holly, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! It’s always great to help those around us experience the magic of The Walt Disney World Resort! But all that planning assistance may convince you to embark on your own vacation! After all, it’s always a good time for a Disney Vacation!

Holly, navigating the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels as a large vacation party can be challenging. But I have some good news to share! In my experience, Walt Disney World allows vacation party sizes up to the total room occupancy allowance plus one child under the age of 3. So the short answer to your question is: yes, they can reserve a 3-bedroom suite! The tricky part is that vacation parties larger than 12 can not be booked directly online. So I recommend speaking with a Cast Member for further assistance. They will be able to check resort room availability and help finalize all of your resort vacation plans. My family visited the resort in 2019 as a family of five with three young kids. Since one of our kids was under three, we were still able to stay in a Standard Room with an occupancy of four due to the policy noted above.

I hope this helps, Holly! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
