Hi Moms, you have been so helpful over the years! We are coming to AoA in June to a Finding Nemo suite, I need to add 1 person to my reservation of three that I’ve already paid the final balance on, is that possible?

    Hi Janice,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for sending us another question!  Your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation is fast approaching, June will be here before you know it!

One of the best features of a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation is the flexibility that comes along with your experience.  If you would like to add a guest to your upcoming Magic Your Way Vacation Package, you will need to call (407) 939-1936 and speak to a Cast Member who will gladly add the extra guest, provided that guest will not go over the maximum room occupancy or it is less than three days prior to your arrival.  Please keep in mind that your new guest will need to add the same extras that you have in your package including Theme Park Tickets and the Disney Dining Plan.  Since your visit is less than 45 days away, the difference in price will be due upon booking.

If you are planning on using Disney’s Magical Express Service, don’t forget to add the new guest to the reservation as well, so that luggage tags can be sent in time.  If by chance the luggage tags don’t arrive, simply head to the Disney’s Magical Express Counter at Orlando International Airport and the Cast Member will have the piece of luggage scanned and put with the rest of your luggage.

I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort, Janice.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
