    Hi Jeff,

Disney has actually changed the selection process for the Jedi Training Academy. Children are no longer selected based on how much they jump up and down, it is all on a first come- first served basis. What you'll need to do is be at the gates of Hollywood Studios right when they open. You'll head immediately to Star Tours and sign up for there. You'll find a Cast Member holding a clipboard who is making a list and you'll be assigned to a particular show time. It is first come, first served and once all the spots are full they are gone for the day. Your Padawan will be able to work on her Jedi skills as long as you get there early enough.

Hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation,
