You are all so helpful! Upon reading that Magic Kingdom is the most popular park on Christmas day, do you recommend that I switch the itinerary so we'll explore Epcot on Christmas day and Magic Kingdom on the 27th? Many thanks!

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

The 4th of July and Christmas Day are the most busiest days of the year for the Magic Kingdom.  The crowds are
VERY heavy! Personally, I always avoid the Magic Kingdom on these two days.  The wait times are long and you and your family will be moving at a snail's pace just to get from one spot to another.  Your frustration level may be at an all-time high by noon.  If you have the Park Hopper Option, I recommend scheduling your day around any "must do" attractions at the Magic Kingdom and then heading over to Epcot. For example, many folks visit the Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day just to catch the Christmas Parade and then they exit immediately and head on over to another park for the remainder of the day. Personally, I would spend the day at Epcot and visit the Magic Kingdom just for the parade.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to offer some great tips and advice.  May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.
