    I got a very helpful response from Mona regarding my previous question... Thank u so much!!! Just had another thought.. Between Vero Beach and Hilton Head which would u prefer? No kids this time and no car so walking distance to food etc.

    Thank you so much for your kind words. I am so glad that you found my previous answer to be helpful! I am happy to help you think through a stay at the Disney Vacation Club properties that are not at Walt Disney World. I checked in with some of my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists on this, and I think there is some great advice for you here.

    Disney's Vero Beach Resort is a lovely beach resort in Florida. This resort is a great place to get away if you want to spend some time relaxing on the beach. Overall I think of Disney's Vero Beach Resort as a place for a quiet beach getaway. Many guests prepare a lot of meals in their villas here. Disney's Vero Beach Resort is a great option to add onto a vacation at Walt Disney World - a few days of relaxing time to read a book or take a nap on the beach after a Walt Disney World vacation sounds lovely!

    Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort could be the answer if you are looking for a more active getaway. There are nearby golf courses, as well as many restaurants in the vicinity. There is a nearby marina and shopping, as well as an art center. You can take nature walks, and there is even a dolphin-seeing excursion offered. If you are looking for more activities as well as more options for dining out, Disney's Hilton Head Island resort would likely be the choice for you.
