It would be helpful to know if Extended Evening Hours for Deluxe Guests will include Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios the week of September 15th. If neither is included, I’m not splurging on a Deluxe Resort.

Hey there, Laura! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

What’s better than spending time at Walt Disney World? How about spending MORE time at Walt Disney World? The Extended Evening Hours benefit available to guests of Disney Deluxe and Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts is a great way get more time in the parks, and often with smaller crowds. You can find the list of eligible hotels and attractions here (dates, times, and attraction availability are subject to change).

It sounds like you’ve already found the Hours & Events Calendar, which is going to be your best resource for up-to-date info on event times. The calendar is updated regularly and shows park and event hours for the next 2 months or so. Unfortunately, that means we won’t know the hours or availability of Extended Evening for the week of September 15th until approximately July 15th.

If Extended Evening Hours aren’t available during your stay, or the information isn’t available soon enough, it’s an easy process to change your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation. You may be able to change it on the Walt Disney World website by logging into My Disney Experience and selecting “My Plans.” From there, scroll down to “Daily Itinerary” and click the change reservation button next to your plans. You can also speak with a helpful Cast Member on the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line, who will help you find the right accommodations for your stay.

Whichever fantastic resort you choose, I’m sure your trip to Walt Disney World will be amazing. The spooky season will be in full swing and there will be new shows and attractions to enjoy. I'm especially excited for the new nighttime parade at the Magic Kingdom, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away.

Laura, I hope this information helps with your vacation planning. Don’t hesitate to come right back if you have any other questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
