    Help! I went to Disneyworld last week and we now noticed that two of the photos we bought at the Princess Storybook dinner on 2/8/08 are scratched. Do they store any of those photos so that we can re-order?

    Hi Janet,

    I am so sorry to hear this....I know one of the things I treasure most when going on vacation, is the great video footage I take as well as the pictures.  I am not too sure if they store these pictures like they do with the PhotoPasses as your unique code is tracked by scanning it into your card.  I know for the PhotoPasses you can claim them and view them for up to 30 days after they have been claimed, but I am not sure if these pictures you are talking about are trackable like this or not.  I would suggest that you call Customer Service: 407-WDW-MAGIC (939-6244) and explain your situation and I am confident that they will have an answer for you either way...they are very accommodating, so if anything can be done, I know they will help you!  Good Luck.
