Help! Wanted to book HDDMR&BBQ but since we havent paid for DP(dvc)we need to front the cost for 6ppl,wow!! Any suggestions for alternatives to book until we can hopefully book the two we want? Arrival day, early flight, and a hotel day.premium passes!!

    Hi Nichole,

My family and I enjoy both Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and Mickey's Backyard BBQ. I'm not sure if you're planning to book these on the same night. I would recommend against doing that - both are all-you-care-to-eat experiences with great entertainment. Each is enough entertainment for one night on its own! Each of these dining options requires payment in full upon booking the reservation. If you need to cancel the reservation, you need to do so at least one full day in advance to get a full refund.

I recommend that you start by booking Mickey's Backyard BBQ. Since this event only occurs a couple of times per week, whereas Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue occurs a few times per night, Mickey's Backyard BBQ might be harder to schedule. Next, choose the night that you want to go to Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. If you cannot book it yet due to paying up front for so many people for both experiences, make yourself a reservation at Trail's End Restaurant for that night. Trail's End is a great buffet, out at the Settlement area of Fort Wilderness where Hoop-Dee-Doo is. When you are ready, you can cancel the Trail's End reservation and make one for Hoop-Dee-Doo. If you don't get to that point, you can still have a delicious dinner at Trail's End and enjoy the fun atmosphere of the Settlement area at Disney's Fort Wilderness.

I hope that this helps, Nichole! Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
