Help! Trying to decide between BC & Poly; 7 day trip. Travelling with DH, DS10, DD7. On the DDP & ADR are split between Epcot area & resorts around MK. What is travel time from BC to MK? Nice pool, room, balcony a must. Thanks!

    Hi Rose,

Having stayed at both of these resorts (and having fantastic experiences at both), and based on the information you provided about your vacation, I would suggest staying at the Beach Club Resort.  Although both resorts are equally beautiful, the swimming pool at the Beach Club is by far the most amazing on Disney Property.  Then you add the convenience of walking to Epcot, and even to Hollywood Studios and I think overall it is one of the best locations to stay.

If you were to take the bus directly to the Magic Kingdom it would take about 20 minutes.  We actually prefer to walk to Epcot, head for the exit at the main gate and hop on the monorail for a ride to the Magic Kingdom.  All together it will take you probably an hour or so to make this trip but we enjoy the change of pace (and like to avoid the busses).  Keep in mind that you do need park hoppers to do this.

To help you make your decision, I suggest you visit www.allearsnet.com and check out their huge library of photographs of every Disney resort.  Simply click on accommodations to find the resorts you're looking for.

    Hope this helps!
