I understand all the excitement when purchasing
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets, and I too, have purchased more than I intended at some point during my planning. Lynda, please check to see if you have received an email confirmation from Disneyland Resort, and if you have, then the email will describe and show you exactly what you have purchased. Another way to check is to log into your
Disneyland account to see if there are any new tickets in your account. If you cannot find any Disneyland Resort tickets, and still feel unsure, then you might want to give your credit card company a call to see if there were any charges to your credit card account or any other method of payment you may have used.

Contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” for further assistance and resolution with your tickets as they will be able to tell you exactly what happened, rest assured. During your phone conversation, Lynda, if you are planning to purchase tickets, you might want to consider adding the
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane service to save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance. As well, by purchasing the Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane service, you will have access to unlimited digital downloads from
Disney's PhotoPass® Service attraction photos including the fun Magic Shots from your day. What a great perk this is!
Once you do have your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets please proceed to l
ink your tickets to your Disneyland account, and then make your
Theme Park Reservations. Please note that if you purchased the
Park Hopper® Option, then you will be able to park hop after 1:00 PM after you have visited the first, reserved theme park and then you are welcome to go between the two theme parks until closing, pending availability.
