Help! We are traveling to dw this nov with a large group (8 adults & 5 childred, ages range from 6 to 2). We have decided to stay in a grand villa but can't decide between AKL and the BLT. Pools are important but so is being close to parks for nap reas

    Hi Michelle!

Congratulations on your family's visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

You've narrowed your accommodations down to two amazing choices! I personally LOVE the themeing at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. However, if the children still take naps, then the convenience of a short Monorail ride back to the resort will, at least in my opinion, always win the day. The location of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is definitely most convenient to Magic Kingdom - where your group will no doubt spend a great deal of time - since you are traveling with five kids under the age of six. There's even a walkway that connects Disney's Contemporary Resort to Magic Kingdom! Therefore, Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort would definitely be my choice for your group. Please let me know if I can answer any other Disney Vacation planning questions for you.

Enjoy a most magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
