Hi, Nicole! You must be SO excited for your trip next weekend! I really would not push it too hard on your arrival day. Your little princess has a big vacation ahead of her, so you don't want to her to get wiped out on day 1!
After checking in, I would have a light lunch right at your resort. Get settled in, and then head over to Epcot but don't rush, let your daughter have a rest if she needs it (and mom and dad, too!) Your daughter will probably be so excited, you might want to get in one attraction before your dinner at
Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. A good one at Epcot to start with is
The Seas with Nemo and Friends. It is a really cute adventure that combines animation with the aquarium.
Plan to check-in at the restaurant 10 - 15 minutes prior to your reservation. It is a bit of a walk back to the Norway Pavilion, so allow enough time. You might want to have a stroller, as a princess' legs tend to get tired easy!
After your dinner, you can stroll through the countries in World Showcase, or if your daughter is up to it, she might enjoy Journey Into Imagination with Figment in the Imagination! Pavilion. The evening ends with Illuminations, but you might want to get back to your resort to get a good night's rest.
With a princess-in-training who is 3, just take a nice, slow pace and enjoy the magic! Have a great time!
