Help. I thought I had my tickets linked to My Disney Experience, but it's saying I don't when I try to add Genie+. But when I enter the confirmation number (only number I have) into the ID number slot, it says this reservation is already linked.

Hey there, Lindsey, it’s me again! Your Disney Vacation arrival is too close for My Disney Experience stress! That Stitch seems to be up to his shenanigans again. Let’s try and get this solved so you can get back to focusing on your vacation!

Lindsey, my first suggestion is to log out of your My Disney Experience Mobile App and sign back in. It sounds really simple, but sometimes that’s all it takes to clear up the most complex My Disney Experience app issues. Be sure to sign back in with the same email address that you used to purchase your tickets. If you have multiple My Disney Experience email logins, it can be difficult to keep them all straight.

If you’re primarily having trouble with the My Disney Experience Mobile App, I suggest logging into your My Disney Experience Online Account from a laptop to see if your reservation information is displayed there. You can also add Genie+ to your Theme Park Tickets with the online My Disney Experience Account.

If neither of these options solves your issue, I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639, and they will be able to assist your further.

I hope this helps, Lindsey! Hakuna Matata - it means no worries! Your visit to Walt Disney World Vacation is waiting for you!

    Until Next Time,
