Lindsey, my first suggestion is to log out of your
My Disney Experience Mobile App and sign back in. It sounds really simple, but sometimes that’s all it takes to clear up the most complex My Disney Experience app issues. Be sure to sign back in with the same email address that you used to purchase your tickets. If you have multiple My Disney Experience email logins, it can be difficult to keep them all straight.
If you’re primarily having trouble with the My Disney Experience Mobile App, I suggest logging into your
My Disney Experience Online Account from a laptop to see if your reservation information is displayed there. You can also add
Genie+ to your Theme Park Tickets with the online My Disney Experience Account.
If neither of these options solves your issue, I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639, and they will be able to assist your further.
