    HELP THOUGHT Characters were in attendance for Mickey's Backyard BBQ Christmas. We have reservations ON Christmas night but my reservation says DOES NOT INCLUDE CHARACTERS. I hope this is wrong?? Does anyone know for sure?

    Sounds like you are planning an awesome Christmas!  I called Disney Dining to ask for you.  Great news!  They are showing that characters will be appearing on Christmas at Mickey's Backyard BBQ.  It just wouldn't be the same without Mickey & his pals.  Although the character line-up is always subject to change, you can typically meet Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale & Goofy but who knows what surprises they may or may not have lined-up on Christmas.

    The buffet will be different on Christmas and will feature more of a traditional holiday meal including smoked turkey and ham - YUM!!

    Please feel free to visit us with any other questions during your planning.  We'll be here for you up until the last minute of your trip.
