Help! We are staying at POP and thinking of upgrading to POR. We always stay at POP and love the proximity to food court, bus stop, pool, and only 1 bus stop. Is POR comparable in prox to food court, pool, bus. How about bus times. Thanks!!

Yo, Alecia! It's always fun to try new resorts. And food (mmm...beignets.)

If you're looking for a more apples-to-apples comparison, Port Orleans French Quarter is a closer match to how the food court, bus transportation and pool are set up at Pop Century. Port Orleans Riverside has several stops around the property, which is significantly larger than French Quarter. POFQ has the bus stop in front of the main building, the food court inside the main building and the pool behind the main building. Sometimes French Quarter and Riverside share busses. I've been on busses that stop first at POFQ and then make the POR loop before we headed to Animal Kingdom and Epcot. Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios had busses that went directly from POFQ to the parks.

On the return home from parks, Magic Kingdom doesn't share a bus between PORQ and POR. I've huddled up on busses from the other parks. The nice thing about POFQ is that it's usually the first stop when tag teaming with POR.
