HELP ! Staying at AKL. My husband has a golf reservation while me and my girls (6 & 4) will be at the Grand Floridian for a Tea Party. He will have the rental car-so how do we get from AKL to GF & back without getting lost? How long will it to t

Your transportation back and forth from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to the Grand Floridian will not be too difficult.

When departing the Animal Kingdom Lodge, board a bus to the Animal Kingdom. At the Animal Kingdom, transfer to a Grand Floridian bus. (You could also take a Magic Kingdom bus to the park and then monorail or boat to the Grand Floridian.)

When departing the Grand Floridian, take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom. It'll be the first stop. Board a bus to the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Allow one hour each way, especially on your journey to the Grand Floridian so you are on time for your reservation.

If you are running late, I would suggest having Bell Services hail a taxi.
