Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for sharing your question with us!
Walt Disney World is a place for everyone, and there are a variety of resources to help people enjoy their visit, including neurodivergent guests. To quote the Mickey Mouse Club theme song: “Hey there, hi there, ho there. You’re as welcome as can be.”
Walt Disney World offers
Disability Access Service (DAS) for guests who are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time due to a developmental disability, such as autism. With this program, eligible guests can request a return time for a specific experience that is similar to the current standby wait time.
The registration process for DAS includes a live video conference with a Cast Member to determine eligibility. You can start the registration process up to 60 days before your visit. It’s important to remember that there is no in-person DAS registration option at Walt Disney World Resort.
There are also resources that can give you all the details you need to prepare for your amazing Disney day. They can all be found on this helpful webpage, and many of them are available as downloadable PDFs so you can access the information on the go.
