I'm so sorry you've been having trouble making your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. Let's see if we can find the problem and get you ready for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Since you've already bought your tickets, the good news is that you're almost there! Before you can make your reservations, your tickets need to be linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you don't already have an account, it's free to create one, and it will help you keep track of all of your vacation plans. Head over to the
My Disney Experience page on the Walt Disney World website and follow the directions to make your account.
Once your account is set up, let's link your tickets to it. Go to the
Link Your Reservations and Purchases page and click on "Tickets." Then, you'll enter the number on the back of your ticket (or your confirmation number if you received an email), assign the ticket to a member of your party, then hit "Confirm." Do that for all of your tickets, and you'll be ready to make your reservations! To do that, just make sure you're signed in to your account and follow the directions on the
Disney Park Pass page, and the next thing you know, you'll be on your way to the magic!
