    Help I prepaid for photo cd and a photo book but I am having trouble completing the task. I have uploaded my pictures but everytime I try to add photos to CD...it amounts to hundreds of dollars...I have to be doing something wrong.I need a guide.

    Hi Linda, When you pre-purchased the CD and Memory Book, you should have received a code. This code is basically your proof of payment at that special rate and you need to enter it where there is a spot for payment on your current offer and this will adjust your price for you. If you haven't added any "extra" pages to your Memory Book, then you should see a final payment balance of "nil " when you have entered your code properly.
