hi, help please..... on our last visit we noticed that some parades include children who i assume have been selected to ride on a carriage. what can i d, if anything, to get my child selected?

    Hi there Raj,

I actually receive this question a lot and unfortunately, there is no real answer.  All I can say is that being chosen to participate in a parade is truly magic, and no one knows why the Pixie Dust falls one way or another!  I have heard that families who arrive at the parks well before rope drop and who interact with the Cast Members near the entrances, *may* have a good chance of being noticed!  I've also heard that families wearing matching Disney themed shirts are also often chosen to participate!  All of that said, I think it really boils down to being in the right place at the right time!

If you are not selected this time, be sure to check out the Move It!  Shake It!  Celebrate It! Street Party, a parade that makes its way into the hub of the Magic Kingdom, where guests are invited to join in the fun!

    Best of luck,
