HELP Planning first trip to Disney with 4 year old girl, but I only have three weeks to plan! Have option of Coronado Springs, Port Orleans FQ, Carribean Beach R or D World Dolphin? Planning on 2 days in park and one day in resort, 4 nights total!

Okay, 3 weeks to plan. So let’s get started!

Since time is important, I would suggest Port Orleans French Quarter (POFQ) as it is a small, quaint resort. You won’t have as far to walk to the parking lot or bus, food court, pool, etc.

During your resort day, the POFQ pool, Doubloon Lagoon, will be lots of fun for your 4-year old daughter.  Sliding down the tongue of Scales, the resident sea serpent, can be delightful. There are also alligator fountains and a nearby playground.  You can walk to Port Orleans Riverside, rent a boat or bike and enjoy the arcade. For another adventure, take the boat down the Sassagoula River to Downtown Disney.

With 2 park days, I would suggest spending them at the Magic Kingdom. This will allow you to really explore all the park has to offer. Don’t forget to see the princesses in the Toontown Hall of Fame’s Princess Room.

I have provided a link to POFQ so take a look and see what you think! I hope you have a magical visit.
