Help!!! We are planing a trip to Disney there will be three adult( of the adult need a wheel chair) and two kids age 4 and 1. What would be the ideal concierge hotel for us all?

    Hi Luisa,

When we visited WDW with my parents last summer, it was important to us to have easy transportation because my mother is in a wheelchair.  We choose the Polynesian Resort and stayed as a concierge guests and thoroughly enjoyed the experience; the resort is wonderfully kid-friendly.  However, the concierge lounge is on the second floor and the concierge building is not attached the main building where the monorail is.

The Grand Floridian's concierge rooms are located in the main building (as well as an outer building) with easy access to the monorail, and the Contemporary Resort also houses the concierge rooms in the main building with easy access to the monorail.

All these resorts' monorails connect to the Ticket and Transportation Center where guests can transfer to the monorail that goes to Epcot. Also, all the resorts are wonderful for children.

When visiting the other parks, you would need to take a bus -- but the Disney bus drivers are incredible with helping guests in wheelchairs.

I'd encourage you to visit the links and see which style of the resort suits you best.  You might also want to visit www.allearsnet.com and do a search for concierge reviews to read what other guests have to stay.
