Hi Greg! Any stay, no matter the length, is a great stay at the Walt Disney World Resort! I’m happy to get you started with your planning! However, you might want to come back to us with more questions as your planning starts to take shape!
First things first...go to the
Walt Disney World Resort website and create your
My Disney Experience account! This account is necessary to book your resort, theme park tickets, dining reservations, etc! This account is also available as an app!
Next, you’ll need to pick a place to call “home” during your visit! I strongly recommend staying on property at a hotel in the
Disney Resorts Collection! You’ll be offered complimentary transportation around the entire Walt Disney World Resort during your vacation! You’ll also be staying in the heart of the magic!
Greg, because you’re planning a short stay, perhaps you’re thinking about visiting just one or two of the Disney Parks during your vacation. If that’s the case then you might want to select your resort hotel based upon which park(s) you’ll be visiting most. For example, if you plan on only visiting Magic Kingdom Park, then you might consider one of the hotels along the Monorail loop. They are Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa! This location will offer you the fastest and most convenient way to travel to Magic Kingdom Park. There are resort hotels located near all four of the Disney Parks!
Finally, Greg, you might want to consider visiting at a time when money-saving deals are being offered! You can find these on the “
Special Offers” page of the Walt Disney World Resort website! There is nothing like saving some money while planning your visit!
Now that we’ve got you started, you can come back any time to ask us any specific question(s) that might help to further continue your vacation dreaming!
Hakuna Matata! Jonathan
