Help! Our party (4 adults, a 3 and 1 year old) will be at WDW May 9-11, just 3 days (Port Orleans-R.).How do we maximize our time and make the most of it for our kids? We have 3-day passes w/o park hopping. Our goal is that our kids are happy and rested.

Hey Sarah!  How exciting, your trip is almost here!
What I recommend is starting early each day and taking full advantage of the fast pass system.  By doing this, you allow yourself more time to cover all the things you want to do.  With the ages of your little ones, make sure you head straight to what you think they will also want to do first.  For instance at the MK, I suggest you go straight to Fantasyland where there will be a great deal of attractions for both of the children.  Remember that Dumbo can be one of the very longest lines, so hit that first and mark if off your list.
Another thing that will help is that you are going at a time that is considered to be average attendance, so you should be able to navigate through each park pretty easily.  I hope this helps and that you and your entire party have a very magical trip to WDW in just a few short days.
