When you link your
Walt Disney World theme park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account, they should show in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, but should not be active yet. They shouldn't activate until the first day that you use them to enter the theme parks. Right now, they should show 14 days remaining, and after you enter the theme park for the first time, it should change to 13 days remaining. If for some reason they are showing something different, you can
contact a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-4357 or 0800 16 90 749 (UK) and have them look up your account to make sure everything looks correct on their side.
