Can you help me know what room number to request to be closest to the bus stop at Old key west resort 2br villa?

    Hi Robyn,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I really enjoy a stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort.  The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I love the Key West theme.

I suggest that if you want to have a villa close to a bus stop, that you simply request a villa close to a bus stop.  If you give specific villa or building numbers, if those are not available, the cast member might not know why you requested the specific villa or building and therefore not know how to best meet your request.  If you made your reservation through Disney Vacation Club, you can call Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800 to ask that this request be noted on your reservation.  If you made your reservation another way, such as through Disney, you can contact them directly to ask that the reservation be noted.

That said, the buildings closest to the bus stops appear to be buildings 13, 14, 19, 26, 33, and 53.  I am not sure of the makeup of villas in these buildings as to the configurations of villas in each.  Bear in mind that buildings close to these will also be close to bus stops, and that Disney's Old Key West Resort does have multiple bus stops throughout the resort.

I have often found that if I check in to a resort and a villa that meets my request is not yet available, sometimes if I ask the cast member at check in and am willing to wait a while, a villa that meets my request may become available later in the day.  Please do note that while Disney will do their best to honor requests, they are not guaranteed.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Robyn.  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
