Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cam! I’m glad you’re hEAR reflecting on your delicious trip through Epcot! The
International Food & Wine Festival always pricks up my taste buds and sends my nose wafting on savory scents all throughout the Park!
The New Zealand Pavilion outdoor kitchen offered some guests favorites this year, and the Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc Cocktail was not left out of that list! I chatted with some friendly Cast Members in the Dining Department to sniff out the recipe or preparation tips for you! Since there is actually no recorded recipe on file, that means that the cocktail slushy is similar to the Frosè listed on Kim Crawford Wines website! The cocktail is likely no more than the citrusy wine poured into a mixing machine and served at a chilly temperature. Take your own version of the Epcot-inspired cocktail to the next level with a twist of peach which is a signature note of this Kim Crawford wine. I’m sure it will be the hit of any dinner party you decide to host… you’ll just have to get your paws on a margarita-style slush machine!
