Help! I'm bringing my son, who's three, to the Animal Kingdom for the fourth of July. This is the first time for both of us. Do we have to buy tickets separately for the LK and the safari?

What a great way to spend the fourth of July holiday!  I'm sure you will be very happy to know that all of your rides, attractions, and entertainment are included with the price of your Animal Kingdom admission ticket, so you don't have to pay extra for the safari or the Festival of the Lion King show!  Both things are very popular, because they are great attractions.  Make sure you get a fast pass for the safari ride early in the morning, so you can come back and not have to wait long.

I always advise people to get in line for the Festival of the Lion King as early as you can - but at least 20 or 30 minutes.  There really are no bad seats in the entire theater, but if you want to sit up close and personal, it's best to get there early.

I hope you have a wonderful visit to Disney's Animal Kingdom!  It is one of my favorite places to be!
