HELP! Have gluten&dairy intolerance. Emailed special diets& given list of QS locations, told to speak w/chefs but hoping for more specific info (ie: what can I actually eat?) . Don't want to waste time in line & find nothing can/want to eat.

I wouldn't want to stand in line all that time only to find my only options didn't appeal to my tastes either, Amy!  If it were me, I would go online and scour the menus of the quick service dining locations that are on your list.  Detailed menus with pricing can be found in multiple places online, including allears (google the website if you're not familiar).  I'm assuming you have a general idea of what is and isn't okay for your food allergies.  Checking out the menus will allow you to decide whether the "safe" foods appeal to you.  As for the table service locations, I suggest starting in the same place: with the online menus.  If you still haven't found the kind of information you're looking for, do call 407-WDW-DINE and see if they can give you some more specific information with regard to menu items.  Good luck!
