Hi, can you help me with a Fastpass question please. I have 14 day tickets but have only been able to reserve Fastpass for the first 4 days of my holiday. It is now saying that I have reached my maximum allocation but I don’t understand why.

    Hi Katherine!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with reserving your FastPass+ selections.  Are you staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel?  If so, you will be able to make your FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance, for up to the first 10 days of your stay.  Thereafter you can make your selections one day at a time.  Reservations open at 12.00 midday in the UK (7.00am ET).  Please ensure that you are signed into your My Disney Experience account before you try to make your reservations, otherwise the system may automatically think you do not have a reservation at a Disney Resort hotel, and will only allow you to make your bookings 30 days in advance, one day at a time, and this could be the reason the system is saying that you have reached your maximum allocation.  If you are not staying at Walt Disney World, your FastPass+ selections will become available 30 days ahead of your visit, and you can only select them one day at a time.  If you continue to have difficulties with this, please call the freephone UK number for Technical Support with FastPass+ on this Walt Disney World Phone Directory 0800 169 0747.

You may select three FastPass+ on any day, in the same theme park, and as soon as the third FastPass+ has been used, you are free to select more, one by one, at any theme park during that same day. You can use My Disney Experience to add extra reservations or visit the FastPass+ Kiosks located around the parks.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World.
