Hi, Tim! Welcome to planDisney! You are seeking planning advice and my pals and I are here to help. Thanks for sailing our way.
I have several reasons why I love a Disney Cruise for a family vacation. There is just so much to do onboard and while at port! With
activities that appeal to guests of all ages, the magic onboard is for everyone. To begin with your
Disney Cruise Line planning, you have a couple of options. You can
Find a Cruise on the Disney Cruise Line website and
reserve up to four staterooms at one time. Alternatively, you can select the best cruise for your travel group and have each individual family reserve their staterooms on their own and then coordinate your travel plans by
linking your reservations. If you'd prefer, you can
call Disney Cruise Line for assistance in booking your stateroom, or you can select a travel agent on your own to help with your vacation needs.
Once you have reserved your cruise, you can start planning for
Port Adventures,
adult-exclusive dining,
spa reservations, and onboard fun! If this is your first time sailing with Disney Cruise Line, these
activities can be reserved 75 days before your sailing begins. I recommend that you download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app as soon as you have your reservation so that you can explore more about your cruise and enjoy the character-filled countdown! You can use the app or the Disney Cruise Line website to check in for your sailing 30 days before embarkation.
Once onboard, the app will be your compass to navigate you to the exciting offerings on the ship. You'll see menus for the restaurants, the daily activity schedule, and deck plans. An ocean of fun awaits!
Tim, please set sail for planDisney again if you have more questions. We'd love to offer more advice, tips, and helpful information as you plan for an adventure on the high seas with Captains Minnie and Mickey.
Happy Planning,
Adrianna
